The PEPr Company BV as the organising office (located at Withuisveld, 6226 NV in Maastricht, The Netherlands) and the Municipality of Valkenburg who owns the event (located at Geneindestraat 4, 6301 HC in Valkenburg aan de Geul, The Netherlands) is responsible for the processing of all personal data collected through ticket sales, website visits or related items for the Christmas Market Municipal Cave. The sale of tickets is also part of an external ticketing partner. These sales take place under the responsibility of the Municipality of Valkenburg and The PEPr Company BV and therefore this privacy statement also applies to the sales that are made through this partner.
